Wedding Trends Bridal Gallery brought area brides and vendors together to chat, learn and plan

On Sunday, May 15th, 2005 from 11 am to 5 pm @ Holiday Inn Cambridge, The Ring held a Wedding Trends Bridal Gallery, sponsored by Holiday Inn Cambridge.

The Bridal Gallery was a chance for brides to meet each other, mingle, browse various trends displays and then have a seat with friends and bridesmaids amidst wedding-style décor.

While seated, the girls were able to listen to some of the area's leading vendors discuss current and upcoming wedding trends. At the door, brides collect goodie bags of gifts, catalogues, information, and treats courtesy of local wedding experts.

Because of the high number of registrations, the Bridal Gallery was run twice - once at 11 am and once at 2:30 pm.

goodie bags & wedding-style decor... Goodie bags contained catalogues, gifts, treats, and information courtesy of local wedding experts. Centrepiece, chair covers, table overlays at guest tables were provided courtesy of Now & Always Decorating. Stage decor and floral arrangements provided courtesy of Decorating Dreams.

Sample displays described photographic styles, centrepiece options, lingerie essentials, and do-it-yourself wedding stationary tools.

throughout the day... Free make-overs & make-up tips were provided, Tara Campbell and Denise Morgan from Rosalind's Lingerie answered questions about what to wear and what not to wear underneath your wedding gown and on the Honeymoon. Music, announcements, and Stag & Doe games ideas were provided throughout the day courtesy of Merv Keyes, Magic Tunes Entertainment.

talking about trends... barebonephoto, Scribes' Nook Inc., and Rosalind's Lingerie all teamed up to give us the inside info on the latest bridal trends. Merv Keyes from Magic Tunes Entertainment got us all off of our seats to play and take notes on money-making Stag & Doe game ideas.

treats and munchies... Brides were treated to goodies dipped in chocolate throughout the day from a scrumptious chocolate fountain. A punch fountain was provided by Holiday Inn Cambridge. We snacked on scrumptious cake from Jirina's Bakery who provided two gigantic wedding cakes for brides to eat as well as two samples of her most popular wedding cake designs.

Prizes…

Many vendors were kind enough to donate prized which we gave out throughout the day. A big thank you goes out to Heather Fritz Photography, The Waterlot, Holiday Inn Cambridge, Magic Tunes Entertainment, Winexpert and Kelly Greens Flowers & Gifts.
